Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Free tier usage is not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Credits already consumed, custom enterprise plans, and subscriptions active for more than 14 days are not eligible. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made afterwards.
